Have you been trying everything to “change or improve” your life?

What is it that you’re attempting to “correct”? Is it habits like overwhelming and unrealistic worry about money, eating/drinking/smoking too much, working too much, worrying about a relationship, fear and anxiety clouding your vision or even just the future yet, despite all attempts, nothing seems to work?
